The surroundings of the small medieval town of Yenne offer magnificent landscapes and views of the Rhône River, the Pierre Châtel gorge, the Gorges de la Balme, the Monts du Chat, de la Charvaz and Mont Tournier, the marshes of Lagneux and St-Jean-de-Chevelu, the renowned vineyards of Jongieux, Morestel and Seyssel.
